Quotes describe the work and price we propose; a quote becomes an order when you accept it. Prices, deposits, and payment timing are as stated on the quote or invoice. Amounts owing are due as invoiced.
Accounts and member areas
If you create an account, keep your credentials secure — you are responsible for activity under your login. We may suspend accounts used in ways that harm the service or other users.
Events
Event registrations may be subject to capacity, ticketing, and check-in requirements described at registration. A reserved spot that is never allocated to a named attendee may be released.
Liability
We stand behind our work. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim.
